Verity's Playdough Recipe
. 2 cups Plain Flour . 1 cup Cooking Salt . 2 tablespoons Oil . 4 level dessert spoons of Cream of Tartar
Add your choice of food colouring to 2 cups of water. Carefully mix all together, until smooth and gooey. Stir fast on a hot cook-top until the mixture starts to stick together and form a dough. Turn off the heat, and turn out the ball of dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead (carefully - it will be hot!) until smooth. Enjoy!! This playdough should keep for a couple of weeks if sealed in an airtight container when not in use.
